【EN】Manual editing function for solder and void

FIX provides an editing function for the solder and void, which can be used when the auto inspection is not perfect.

 

1. Load an image, draw a ROI and do the inspection (example using fix-solder/fix-void model).

    As shown below, the segmentation is not perfect.

 

2. Moving the mouse to the small dark cyan mark on the right side, the "Open Toolbox" appears.

 

3. Usage of the Toolbox Functions

 • Close:  Close the Toolbox, the inspection will be back to auto inspection.

 • Edit Solder:  Edit the Solder Inference Results

 • Edit Void:  Edit the Void Inference Results

 • Save:  Save Editings

 • Inspect:  Inspect with the current editing results

 • Help:  Help Guide

 

4. Click the "Edit Solder" to edit the solder results.

    Now you use the left button to draw solder area, and erase with the Ctrl + left button pressed.

 

After editing, click Save button and then click Inspect button, the inspection can be performed with your edited results.

 

The inspection result is shown in this picture , at this time, the inspection result is, "edited solder" + "unedited void ".

 

Similarly, click the "Edit Void" to modify the void segmentation, as shown in this picture below.

 

Click Save and Inspect again, and the final result is shown in the picture below.

 

Tips:

During the editing process, press space to switch the editor open or close, and keep pressing the space to view the original or edited image.
